Unique Tracking Phone Numbers: Instead of displaying your own number, businesses use a pool of numbers, with each unique visitor assigned a number when they land on the site, ensure the correct attribution of calls to user/source.
Visitor Tracking: Cookie-less tracking code is used to track the source of each visitor, combined with the above unique number to enable to exact source of every call to be determined
Call Routing: The call runs through the call tracking platform, but neither the caller nor the agent receiving the call will know any difference as to if the call was direct.
Caller Data Collection: Data like time, date, callers number and a recording of the call together with source data are collected.
